MCCALL, Idaho — Towering Ponderosa Pines watch over the University of Idaho’s McCall Field Campus, a place that has shaped young Idahoans for generations.

Now, the university is planning for generations to come, with a new facility that treads lightly on the land that makes the area so special.

The U of I McCall Field Campus has been running since 1939, and is host to both academic programs and the McCall Outdoor Science School (MOSS) where mountain lakes and pine forests become the classroom for young students across Idaho every Summer.
