McLennan Design served as an owner’s rep to help guide Beneficial Bank’s Headquarter’s expand into a larger space in Oakland, California. McLennan Design developed an RFP process and helped select local architects, engineers and a contractor to bring this important tenant improvement project to fruition with a focus on sustainability and health and wellness.
