McLennan Design served as an owner’s rep to help guide Fahr LLC and the TomKat Charitable Trust through important architectural and planning decisions that resulted in occupying and renovating a beautiful historic space in 111 Sutter in downtown San Francisco. MD helped select all consultants, reviewed progress throughout the design and construction and the end result was a highly successful historic renovation that used ecological principles.
