The Kendeda Fund granted The Georgia Institute of Technology $30M to build a Living Building on the campus. McLennan Design worked as the LBC Coach on this effort along with WorkingBuildings as the donor representative through to the end of the project.
The building is expected to become the most environmentally advanced education and research building ever constructed in the Southeast.
