Last fall, The Kendeda Fund granted The Georgia Institute of Technology $30M to build a Living Building @ Georgia Tech. McLennan Design is excited to be working as the LBC Coach on this effort along with WorkingBuildings as the donor representative through to the end of the project.
Currently, three integrated design teams (architects, engineers, and landscape architects) are competing to win the bid for what is expected to become the most environmentally advanced education and research building ever constructed in the Southeast.
